Where can I find Cafe World cheat Tool 1.1?

Ok I need some help guys please. I have CE 5.5 but where can I find the cheat tool 1.1??? having a lot of trouble finding it. I need to speed up these dishes and make my level higher any help or advice would be appreciated thanks!
