When should I propose to my man?

I have it completely planed out. But it’s gonna take me a while to save for it because of our budget right now…. Here’s my proposal plan. Going to propose to him on our anniversary date next year in 2011. Im going to get us a 3 night stay at our favorite hotel in orlando fl. and get the 3 day park hopper for disney world. I will make reservations at the rain forrest cafe our all time favorite place. and go to eat dinner at the rain forrest cafe that night. and before this whole thing i would have gotten a special cake from a bakery. a mini 2 tiered cake with us on top of it and the bottom tier would say always and forever. and the tag would say Will you spend the rest of your life with me. and before they bring out the cake i’d say my little speech for him. lol. and for his anniversary gift i was going to make another book of our last year together. i did that on our 1st anniversary and he loved it. so should i wait a year and do this big shabang. or do somthing smaller this year?? idk. i want to wait and do what i have planned but i want to show him how much i care n dont want him to pop the question first. i got us rings also.
we have already talked about marriage and we both do want to get married. he told me. and soon. i know that, or else i wouldnt have planned all this hun.
