What kind of painting should i do for my Art Boosters Auction?

I have taken art for two years in Junior High, and now two in High school. I plan to take more, but i am only a sophomore right now. Anyway my art teacher is the best in the whole world, but i dont have any good ideas of what people would really want to purchase. In Art Boosters we are going to Europe, so this is a fundraiser for us, and I really would like this painting to make alot of money. My only idea right now is either a cafe in Pairs, (that’s were we are going) or a New York Skyline Sooo…any suggestions?
I am using a stretched canvas, and acrylic paints. It is just for a art auction and dinner. right now i am drawing a blank on ideas, and the project is due in march. So in all i am just looking for good suggestions on what i should do.
