What is downstairs seating at the World Cafe Live like?

I am attending a concert this Thursday at the World Cafe Live. It is going to be table seating, but I was wondering if I will have a good view. I am at table 107, which according to the seating chart is in the front row, but I am a little nervous because it is off to the side. Is every table pretty much a good view?

Also, how big is their parking lot? I know it’s 5:30 it becomes free parking, but I am just a little curious.
