What do you think about this idea?

i’m running for vice president of my freshman class in high school and i want to present a fun educational event that the school can do.
it is based on the japanese cultural festival where each class does a “shop”. the shop can be a cafe, play, selling hand made items, etc. students then on the two days of the cultural festival cater to parents, other students, students how are interested in coming to the school, and others. every activity cost money to do and each class has a budget. however, it takes time to do this. to prepare for the festival. there is also the studies to consider. in japan, schools have 60 more days in a school year compared to american schools. i was planning to take a week to prepare for the festival or those who can stay after or before school work when ever possible. for it to be educational, have the main focus of each class be based on the class itself. for example if its a english class, have the students put the things that they learned into their chosen activity. or if it was a world history class, involve the world in the class.

please what do you think. how can i make this work. how can i change this. if i can’t do this this year i have two more years to put this plan into action.
