Problems with Servers in Cafe World on Facebook?

Help! My servers won’t serve every customer which decreases my “buzz” or rating. I have tried firing them and hiring new ones, decreasing the number of tables, changing decor, etc. But nothing is helping. 2 days ago, my rating was 86! Today it’s about 5. I trapped my 5 waiters, but that doesn’t seem to help. It’s almost like they don’t register that there’s a customer there.
