On Facebooks game Cafe World My employes are not serving my coustomers I have tons of food what is wrong?

On Cafe World for Facebook my servers are not serving my food to my customers. I have a tons of food out. A few days ago my rating was 65.8 now it is 8.2 because the servers are not serving. I have tried firing and rehiring all of them! Help me please!
