Is there a general problem with Cafe World on Facebook?

I opened my cafe yesterday and started but now all I get when I go back is the annoying little chef with pink pigtails telling me I can buy a stove – cafe is in the dark with spoiled food, etc and none of the icons allow me to do anything. If I accept the new stove the lites in cafe come on but my server and I disappear with people coming into eat and no one in there. Cannot open decor, menu or anything – please help!
