In Cafe World, how do you get more Cafe Cash?

I know you gain cafe coins by doing mostly everything, cooking, serving to costumers, that stuff. But the cafe cash, needed to help expand cafes and stuff, how do you get it BESIDES paying for it online with credit cards? There’s got to be another way, and if not, I have one word for the game – scam.
