How to reset my game on facebook (cafe world)?

i totally messed up my cafe on cafe world and i want to reset it.
when i say reset it i mean i want to go back to level 1!!!
i googled it but i didnt find nothing so i really need someones help to figure this out.
how do you remove the app from my account?
