How do you remove neighbours on Cafe World?

I recently removed someone who has been irritating me on Facebook – when I went on Cafe World the next day, he was still there on my neighbour list! Unlike some other apps I don’t know how to remove him as a neighbour, so if someone could tell me I would be very appreciative!!
