Disney World Dining, Brown Derby or 50′s Prime Time Cafe, which would you pick?

I will be paying with cash, not the dining plan, and traveling with my sister and her two pre-teen daughters.

which will be better?

I think the derby to get away from the noise for a bit but then I think prime time because it sounds fun.
