Disney Diner Plan – Recommend Resort or Park Dining Spots?

Disney Diner Plan – I have done some research and we will be going to Disney World late January for 7 nights and I will be purchasing the Dining Plan. I have two daughters (8 & 12). Does not have to be the best food. But looking for the best balance between food, service, and entertainment. We will be staying at Caribbean Resort on site. No car. Using Disney transportation.

Here is the list that I have seen most recommended:

Chef Mickey’s – Contemporary resort.
Sci-Fi Diner in
50′s Prime Time Cafe in MGM
Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom
1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian
Ohana at the Polynesian
Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Show
California Grill
Coral Reef
Cinderella’s Castle
Epcot – Biergarten

Does anyone have recommendation that I might be missing and should check?
