Cafe World(Facebook Zynga Game) Help!?

So does anyone play the game cafe world on facebook or anything??
I need some help cause like u have to create dishes and serve customers rite?? yea i do that and wen its night time u cnt block the door like restaurant city or do anything..and like it continues but thats not the problem..the problem is when i open it again in the morning there are no dishes left which i need to make and the customers keep on coming in and when there are no dishes left to serve, they leave the the rating goes down. So what can i do to block the door and stop the customers coming in??
