Cafe World on Facebook is not working?

When I play Cafe World on Facebook, whenever a customer comes into my cafe, they sit down, and my waiters don’t serve them. They just stand there. They haven’t moved. I keep on firing them, then hiring new waiters, and that still doesn’t work. Do you know or have any ideas of what to do? Please help. It’s putting my cafe behind. I am not making ANY money on cafe world, and I don’t have enough cafe coins to make more dishes. Please, no rude or mean comments/answers.
