CAFE WORLD! On facebook. Anyone know how to add neighbors?

I can add other people as my neighbor, but I have a couple friends
that when I look up there names don’t show up, & were friends on
facebook & they play cafe world. I don’t know how to get them
as my neighbor?

Can anyone help me ?
