By planning what food to serve the most customers in Cafe World, is a good Idea right?

I have just started playing Café World just two days ago and I say that it’s much better than Restaurant City, by preparing food and selling I personally think. I usually buy the Fruit Salad and Pot Roast for my restaurant, which I usually multiply among the four stoves that I have. But sometimes it sucks when you don’t have that many friends that play Cafe World, which others should give it a try for once.
